Countdown to Cupcakes!
Forget counting down to the holidays - we're counting down to each of the weekends in December! The menu has just arrived and we're already making our list and checking it twice to make sure we get all the scrumptious flavours for our Saturday tea and cupcake ritual. Speaking of tea, our fantastic pals at
DavidsTea are working their way through the menu to provide us with the perfect tea pairings - check back shortly for an updated version of this menu with tea recommendations!
We will be closed on the last Saturday of the month, December 25, so as a special holiday gift, cupcakes will be available on Friday, December 24! That's right, cupcakes on Christmas Eve! Betcha Santa would appreciate a cupcake instead of cookies this year. For our special December 24 cupcakes, we are offering
pre-order only of either half or full dozens in a decorated Noel-themed box. All Noel Box orders will be available for pick up between 1pm and 5pm when we close. See the menu below for the festive flavours!
As always, cupcakes for Saturdays are available at 11am and can be pre-ordered by
coming by the store, phoning or
emailing to ensure you don't miss out!

Best Little Tea Shop in Town
If you've been anywhere near Westboro recently, you've likely seen the influx of teal cups being toted from store to store. One of the newest additions to the Richmond Road shopping strip is
David's Tea and we couldn't be happier!
So why are we talking tea all of a sudden? Well, it just so happens that the amazingly knowledgeable people across the street from us at David's Tea have a dazzling selection of loose leaf tea that left us reeling. After we stopped spinning, we got to thinking. Taking cues from our own intimate weekend tradition of
taking tea with
cupcakes we thought: what better partnership is there than
tea and cupcakes?? It is with sizzling excitement that we present a divine partnership: tea pairings for each weekend's cupcake flavours! The good people over at David's Tea have poured over our monthly menu from
The Cupcake Lounge and have provided their top picks for pairings to suit each flavour. Each Saturday you can now incorporate a little civility into your weekend by enjoying both your cupcake and a hand-picked tea that complements perfectly!
We are positively steeping with anticipation so without delay, here are the pairings for this month's cupcake menu!
